Judge allows customer lawsuit over Breaking Bad iTunes pricing to move forward

In September of 2013, a fan of Breaking Bad, Noam Lazebnik filed a lawsuit against Apple that stated the Cupertino-based company misled customers in the pricing for the Season Pass of Season 5.
