Apple Removes Malicious Spam App From The App Store Posted: 05 Jul 2012 12:36 PM PDT Few hours back, Russian security firm Kaspersky Lab reported that they’ve discovered a malware app called Find and Call in the Apple’s App Store and Google Play, which uploads users’ contacts to the developer’s servers , which in turn is used to sending text message to those contacts asking them to download the app with the original user's mobile phone number in the “From” field. Drop in Sales of Wintek’s Touch Panel Hints At Apple’s Switch to In-Cell Touch Panels For Next-Gen iPhone Posted: 05 Jul 2012 07:59 AM PDT Wintek, Apple’s supply chain partner that makes touch panels used in iPhones, saw a steep drop of sales of its panels for the month of June. Brian White, an analyst with Topeka Capital Market, links this slump to Apple switching to in-cell touch sensing technology in its next-generation products.
