iPhone Combusts In Man’s Pocket, Caught On CCTV [Video]
A report over at a Finnish site, Kauppalehti.fi, describes an incident where a 17-year old’s iPhone spontaneously combusted, and started emitting huge amounts of smoke. The combustion started while the device was still in the guy’s back pocket, and he was quick enough to remove it from there, throw it and get away as early as possible to avoid any damage to himself. US Court Rejects Samsung’s Plea To Stay Ban On Galaxy Tab 10.1
Samsung’s plea to lift the ban on sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 handed over by a California court has been rejected, making things even worse for an already troubled Samsung. A week ago, US District judge Lucy Koh granted Apple’s request to halt sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 based on the infringement of a design related patent.
