Apple files request for permanent injunction against Samsung products in the US

Apple, on Friday, filed for a permanent injunction in the US against all Samsung devices found by a California jury to be infringing on Apple’s patents, reports Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents. In the mixed verdict handed down earlier this month, a jury ruled that Samsung had violated three of Apple’s patents, while Apple had infringed on one Samsung patent. Continue reading
