Apple wins Emblaze patent trial over live video streaming

Apple has won a patent infringement lawsuit over live video streaming brought against it by Emblaze Ltd. in a San Jose, California courtroom last month. Israel-based Emblaze believed that Apple was violating its patent by forcing organizations including Major League Baseball to adopt its HTTP video streaming technologies on iPhone and iPad.  Continue reading
