Cydia Substrate updated to version 0.9.6010 to fix extensions issue

Immediately after the release of iOS 9 jailbreak, Saurik also updated Cydia Substrate to work with the latest firmware. A new update has just been rolled out for the package that takes it to version 0.9.6010 and fixes issues with the armv7 32-bit slice.
