Cards on the table time, this is an unashamed review of the latest and greatest iPhone… from the point of view of a long-term user of other platforms (Symbian, Android, Windows Phone). I'd argue that this gives me perspective, away from any possible reality distortion fields emanating from Cupertino – I switch platforms on a weekly basis and can evaluate the (mostly) good and (occasional) bad in the latest iPhone 6s. It's everything you expect from Apple, but with genuine innovations and a little future-gazing thrown in, with the usual caveats over price and only a few tricks missed. Continue reading

Apple expands ResearchKit to include studies for autism, epilepsy, and melanoma
