Apple’s media event where it is expected to unveil the next generation iPhone, dubbed iPhone 5S, and low-cost plastic iPhone, dubbed iPhone 5C, starts in less than 24 hours. The event will be held at the Town Hall auditorium in Apple’s Cupertino headquarters, which as we reported earlier has been decorated with colorful banners. Breaking Bad fans sue Apple over shortened iTunes Season Pass
At least one Breaking Bad fan is upset with Apple and has filed a class action suit, claiming the company short-changed him and others on the Season Pass for the fifth season of the series. At the heart of the issue is a two-part Season Pass that split the 16 episode season in half, says a report by GigaOM. Fans who wanted to watch all 16 episodes had to buy the first eight episodes for $21.99 and then pony up another $21.99 for the last eight episodes, which makes up the currently airing final season.
