Hello! I’m Stefan, the guy who runs Android Beat and occasionally puts up something on this site as well. Before I get to my thoughts on iOS, I want to tell you a little bit of my device history so you can get a sense of where I’m coming from. I used Symbian almost exclusively until January 2010 when I forked over the cash for a Nexus One. Nine months later, in September, I sold that and got an iPhone 4. I kept the iPhone 4 until January of this year. Sold it in Malaysia and replaced it with a Samsung Galaxy Note II. So while yes, I do run an Android site, I actually have far more iOS experience. In iOS 6, Apple included metallic sliders that adjusted its reflection when you tilt your phone, and with iOS 7 the company has taken that concept one step further by making the whole home screen sensitive to movement.
