Some people aren’t lucky enough to be born with fully functioning hearts and they need an implant that can kickstart their heart should it stop beating. Said implant is called a defibrillator. A 14 year old girl by the name of Gianna Chien recently discovered that the magnets inside an iPad 2, used to attach Apple’s Smart Cover, can accidentally turn off these defibrillators. Apple wants to launch ‘iRadio’, but they’re still negotiating with Sony and Warner
People love music, it’s a universal fact, and Apple practically saved the music industry when they launched iTunes way back in early 2001, making it easy for people to buy digital files. The thing is, iTunes hasn’t really aged well. In a world where you can spend $10 per month and get unlimited access to roughly 20 million songs, paying $1 per track seems a tad bit ridiculous.
