How to Stop Skype Calls from Showing up in the Phone App in iOS 10

In iOS 10, Apple released a new API called CallKit. It lets VoIP calls show up as "normal" calls. So when you'd get a call from Skype, it would show up in full screen, instead of a notification, complete with the accept and decline buttons.
