Launcher Widget for iOS 10 Gets Back the Ability to Launch System Apps and Shortcuts

With the iOS 10 update, Apple disabled shortcut access to certain apps and parts of apps. Launcher, the bad boy of widget land, was caught in the middle of the mess, again.
