India Is Setting up an IMEI Database to Block Stolen and Lost Phones from Cellular Networks

India's Telecom ministry is working on a Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) which will have access to a database of International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers. Foxconn Founder Terry Gou Urges Apple to Move Production from China to Taiwan

Foxconn founder Terry Gou announced that he will be stepping down as chairman from July 1st. In an interview with Bloomberg, Gou said "I am urging Apple to move to Taiwan," when he was asked if Apple would move the production outside China.
