Apple announced yesterday that users living in China will have their iCloud data migrated to a local server under the periphery of Guizhou-Cloud Big Data (GCBD). This move was marked as controversial given that GCBD is owned by the Guizhou provincial government. 30 Class Action Lawsuits Filed Against Apple For Slowing Down Older iPhones

Three new class action lawsuits have been filed against Apple which brings the total number of lawsuits against the company for the slowdown of aging iPhones to 30. The number was around 15 just over a week ago. As time passes by and more people are coming to terms with the fact that Apple had intentionally slowed down older iPhones, the number of lawsuits against the company is bound to increase even further.
