 As the name suggests, macOS High Sierra is a refinement update. It's on the same lines as Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion. While there are new features and newer technologies, the main focus in on improving performance, fixing bugs and refining features. And right now, that actually sounds like a great thing.  In the WWDC Keynote, Apple showed the drag and drop feature in iOS 11 working on the iPad. They didn’t say anything about it when it comes to the iPhone.  Apple concluded WWDC 2017 earlier this week by announcing new Business Chat feature for iMessage. As the name indicates, Business Chat will let businesses use iMessage to communicate with users. Apple has partnered with LivePerson, Nuance, and Salesforce to bring Business Chat to iMessage, and it is using the Customer Service Platform from Genesys to achieve this.
