Chinese Company That Sued Apple for iPhone 6 Patent Infringement Is Almost Nonexistent

Recently, a Beijing regulator ruled that the design of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were infringing a patent from a local Chinese company, Baili, that sold handsets with almost the same design. It thus ordered Apple to stop selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in the city. Apple was quick to get a stay order against the decision. Continue reading
