Apple faces $840 million in potential damages over E-Books Price fixing Posted: 02 Feb 2014 04:51 AM PST Last year, a U.S. District court judge found Apple guilty of fixing e-book prices in violation of the antitrust law. State attorneys general and consumers who had sued Apple for e-book price fixing are now seeking at least $280 million in damages, and asking court to triple that amount to $840 million.
