Apple has just announced that Angela Ahrendts, CEO of Burberry, will be joining Apple as the senior vice president of retail and online stores. According to the press release, the position has been newly created for Ahrendts, who will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of both Apple retail and online stores.
