In a blow to Samsung’s business in the U.S., an International Trade Commission (ITC) judge has recommended some harsh penalties stemming from the patent case it lost to Apple earlier this year. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has released an iPhone app called MTA Subway Time that allows New Yorkers on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 subway lines and the S 42nd Street Shuttle to know precisely when trains are expected to arrive at stations.
