According to the changelog, now when your device goes into safe mode, the expected dialog is displayed properly to notify you that Springboard has crashed. Apple’s record quarter where it shipped 78.3 million iPhones has allowed it to surpass Samsung in becoming the biggest smartphone OEM of the world. Compared to Apple’s 78.3m iPhone shipments, Samsung shipped 77.5 million smartphones. 
After providing details about its record-breaking quarter, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook also talked about the company’s various services and products including Apple Music. When asked about creating original TV content for Apple Music subscribers as reports have pointed out, the CEO said that Apple has put its “toe in the water” doing some content for Apple Music. 
During its quarterly earnings call, Apple’s Tim Cook was pressed to speak about the company’s billion dollar lawsuit against Qualcomm. The CEO said that he hates litigation and sees it as a last resort, with the company preferring to settle matters outside of court. 
Apple CEO Tim Cook today confirmed that the new 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus is the most popular “Plus” iPhone model that Apple has ever sold, edging out its predecessors the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6s Plus. 
Apple reported record earnings for the first fiscal quarter of 2107, but the shining star in the company’s portfolio was the services category which grew an impressive 18 percent year over year and 13 percent higher than last quarter. This explosive growth was fueled primarily by strong App Store performance. 
Apple’s Watch wearable was popular this holiday season, confirmed CEO Tim Cook during the company’s Q1 2017 earnings conference call. Cook said that demand for the Apple Watch was “so strong” that Apple “couldn’t make enough” of the wearable during the end-of-the-year gift-giving months. Apple doesn’t break out Watch sales in its earnings report, but Cook did confirm the Apple Watch set all time unit and revenue records in the quarter. 
The holiday shopping season is typically a strong one for Apple, so it’s expected that the first quarter earnings report of 2017 will be a positive one. 
The Chromium Project has meant that Chrome for Desktop has been open source for quite some time, with an Android version launched in 2015.
