WSJ says the 12.9″ iPad ‘maxi’ rumor is true Posted: 21 Jul 2013 10:16 PM PDT Back in May, the Korean website ETNews said Apple was hard at work on a 12.9 inch version of the iPad called the “iPad maxi”. Now while I personally trust the site when it comes to rumors about Samsung and LG, that was the first time I’ve seen them publish an Apple rumor, so I was skeptical. Today, however, there’s a report from The Wall Street Journal, an incredibly trustworthy publication, that says Apple has been asking their supplier for screens measuring “slightly less than 13 inches diagonally.” Continue reading →

Apple has just sent out emails to its developers to give them an update on the situation. Apple says that there was security breach on the Developer website on Thursday, and it had taken the site down to overhaul the developer systems to prevent a security threat again. As of now, iOS 7 betas come with just two dynamic wallpapers with a bubble design, and with slightly different colorations.
