Bottom line—yes the iPad 3 4 is faster than the iPad 4 3 (ugh death by typo monster). Apple Loses Rights To ‘iPhone’ Trademark in Mexico Posted: 02 Nov 2012 11:25 AM PDT Electronista reports Apple has lost the trademark rights to use the iPhone brand name in Mexico, after a court denied Apple injunction request on the grounds that the iPhone brand is to phonetically similar to iFone, which was registered by a Mexican company in 2003, four years before the iPhone was launched.
